With the big game approaching I tend to reflect back on my days playing football and how the game mirrors life. First, we must play as a team in order to win; if one person does not play their part then we could lose the game. In life or business if one team member is not pulling his/her weight then the whole team will suffer.
Two, we do not need to throw the long bomb every time to score a touchdown, four yard a down plays will get us there the same. We don’t have to use the big guns to get to our objective, no need to crush our competition to win the game. Everyone can still be friends after the deal is done. In fact if the deal is done right everyone will win. So when watching the big game look and see how football parallels life and take notes, there are some actions taken on the field that you may not be taking in real life. Learn from the game and the game of life will be more rewarding to all!
