Set backs
In life there are many set backs, you didn't get the job you wanted, the girl or boy did not want to go out with you. These set backs are not ment to throw mud or rejection I. Your face but for you to grow from. When get rejected or something does not go you way take a moment to see what just happened. What did you say or do that created the outcome? What could you sy or do that could of improved the outcome? It are these moments that will prepare you for the future. Take professional athletes, they watch game film over and over again, this not to just highlight what they did right but to help them improve on what they did wrong. In fact I bet more time is spent on the missteps then on the success. Why you may ask? Because we learn more and grow more from our mistakes then we do from our successes.
